i have an essay to write.  A football manager of arsenal youth team wants to sue a load of people for an injury caused to one of arsenal premier league players (very serious).  plenty of players in the previous months had made illegal tackles to this player which could have been potentially disasterous. referees had failed to send them off. He wants UEFA to be held responsible and anyone else possible. what problems may arise when bringing action against people responsible. as wel as problems when trying to claim for psychological damages- Any help much appreciated
