The HoL in Shogun Finance and unncessarily post issues that merely complicate matters rather than solve matters. The Law of Unilateral Mistake is settled following cases like Cundy v Lindsay; Ingrams v Little, and Boulton v Jones.

We would definitely need a better law. If the law that has been standing for many years are not serving its purpose, then there would be a need to amend the law
